By installing or using Video to AI Animation Maker (“the app”), operated by The UE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app does

The app takes a photo or video that you provide and uses automated AI systems to produce a stylised image or animated video from it. Results are generated by machine and will vary. We do not promise any particular level of likeness, quality or artistic outcome.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to produce your result and deliver it back to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to train our own models.

You confirm that, for anything you upload:

3. What you may not upload

We may refuse or remove any request, and suspend access from a device, where these rules are broken. Some requests are also blocked automatically by the content filters of the AI providers we use.

4. Credits, subscriptions and billing

Generating content consumes credits. Credits come either from an active subscription or from a one-off credit pack.

All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel them in your store account settings, not in the app. Refunds are governed by the policy of whichever store you purchased through; we cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn. The app depends on third-party AI providers, and outages or changes on their side can affect it.

6. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change and the new version will be published here. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
