This policy explains what the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to have it deleted.

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Video to AI Animation
Maker (published on Google Play under the package name
com.toonifyai and on the App Store under the bundle identifier
com.ai.cartoonvideogenerator), together with the website at
pixarify.com and the API at api.pixarify.com. All of these are operated by
The UE (“we”, “us”).
1. What we collect
Content you choose to give us
When you ask the app to create something, the photo or video you selected is uploaded to our servers so it can be processed. The generated result is stored so the app can show it back to you in “My Creations”.
Device and technical information
Every request from the app includes:

Purchases
Subscriptions and credit packs are sold and processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or receive your card details. We receive only the subscription or purchase status linked to your device identifier, through RevenueCat.
Analytics
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to record aggregate usage events such as the app being opened. This helps us understand which features are used. It is not used to build a profile about you as an individual.
Camera and photo library
The app requests camera, microphone and photo library permission only so that you can record or choose the media you want to transform, and so that finished results can be saved back to your device. Nothing is accessed in the background, and nothing is uploaded unless you start a generation.
2. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your photos or videos with advertisers.
- We do not use your content to target ads at you.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or address.
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
3. Who processes your data
To provide the service we pass data to the following providers, each acting on our instructions:

These providers operate servers in the United States and the European Union, so your data is transferred internationally. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
4. How long we keep it
- Uploaded media and results are kept so that you can access them in the app. When you delete a creation in the app, it is removed from your library and marked for deletion on our servers.
- Usage and abuse records (device identifier, IP address, timestamps) are retained for security purposes.
- Credit balances and purchase status are kept for as long as the device has an active subscription or unspent credits, so that you do not lose what you paid for.
5. Your choices and rights
You can delete any individual creation from within the app at any time. Because the app has no accounts, the way to ask about or delete everything associated with your device is to email us.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and to object to or restrict how it is processed. To exercise any of these, email hi@pixarify.com. To let us identify the right records, please include your device identifier, which is shown in the app under Settings.
Uninstalling the app stops any further collection. It does not by itself erase data already stored on our servers — email us if you want that removed.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the app and provided us with content, email us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to stored data is restricted to the operator of the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and publish the new version here. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
